Vivien Walser (piano) performs Frédéric Chopin's Piano Concerto No. 1 in E minor, Op. 11, with the Master Orchestra Brescia under the Conductor Sergio Bayetta. The concert was performed on September 18, 2021, at the Church of San Giovanni Evangelista in Brescia as part of the Brescia Talent Summer Music Festival.
Frédéric Chopin (1810-1849) composed his first piano concerto in 1830, when he was still living in his native Poland and was just 20 years old. The premiere of the Piano Concerto No. 1 took place in October of the same year at the Warsaw National Theatre, with Chopin himself playing the demanding piano part.
